TRUST???
I Trust our government to protect us and not scare the s_ _t out of us? This morning I was disappointed in their decision to fly a 747 jet aircraft flanked by two fighter jets over NYC for a "photo op" for the Defense Department. What dumb &!%# thought of that idea??? With NO alert to the people in NYC that this stupid idea was going to take place. My son lives in the city, and called me to see if I heard about any 747 flying over NYC (he was raised in the airline industry -natural for him to call me with a question on the subject). I searched and found nothing until around 10am! I found a blogger: http://blogs.wsj.com/middleseat/2009/04/27/readers-did-you-see-the-low-flying-jet-over-lower-manhattan/?mod=mktw that had the answer!
(thank you blogger!!!) Then the pics started coming in from my son and colleagues of his.
UNBELIEVABLY ......STUPID STUPID IDIOTS! Did anyone signing off on this "photo op" think about the people in these NYC towers? Heartattacks? Strokes? To say nothing of the emotional trauma. BAD FORM...THIS WAS. There isn't a person in that city that wasn't touched by what happened in 9/11 ---there is not a person in America that wasn't touched. So why this???

It's a great day!
It's a great day!!! This morning I received a phone call from a man in Curacao. He is very EXCITED about Jeffrey Gitomer's "Little Red Book of Selling", and wants to become a reseller in Curacao of ALL Jeffrey's material. He was so gracious, I had to ask him several times for him to repeat himself...he didn't mind....... What a prince of a guy! Today's world is awesome!
What other generations have had the opportunity, not just to learn about other cultures, but to be in business with other cultures... global commerce! "DO BUSINESS, NOT WAR"!!! Wouldn't that be the best for all our peoples? It starts with you. How empowering.

Gitomer Land!
It's another opportunity in Gitomer Land to make a difference!
This morning I received a beautiful phone call from a fan of Jeffrey's living in Buffalo. Frank called wanting a package/bundle of ALL Jeffrey's products. He explained that over time he has loaned, and lost, a lot of his product and would just like to replenish his things. He spoke of the profound impact Jeffrey has had on his life.
Good things to hear first thing in the morning on the job!

Jeffrey Gitomer's Office
It's a GREAT DAY AT THE GITOMER OFFICE!!! Very excited about our upcoming events - to have a small part in the "jump starting" of our economy is something to share!
Jeffrey seems to be bringing the positive side of the economy to the public!!! His audiences have been so excited with his fresh POSITIVE side of the new economy! The feedback we receive in our office validates this, they GET IT and MOST IMPORTANTLY WANT GITOMER! They run with their newly learned or freshly validated tools and use these tools right away! Then they call the office and shout out their success! What could be better, than to share in someone's success?! To teach .....to share ........ to learn......
Their excitement helps us ALL (sure puts a smile on my face)!!! It helps them, their family, their company, the economy ...and yes the world! It's a circle....of good...that we ALL benefit from!!! HARDWORK!!! YES IT'S HARDWORK THAT IS REWARDED!!! Not only externally, but JUST as important ...internally. Because we know we've done BEST!

"Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you will not have to listen to his incessant whining about how hungry he is." -Author unknown
